Jenny Taborda

The portrait and the paper trail

How the lead image was chosen, what it shows and how corrections are handled for a creator whose work is spread across several platforms.

The lead portrait

The lead image is a head-and-shoulders crop of a publisher-supplied avatar. It shows Taborda with the long dark hair and direct gaze that recur across her modelling work.

The crop removes background detail and keeps the face large enough to identify at a glance. No explicit material is used in the portrait set.

How images are checked

Each file is opened, measured and hashed before publication. The source page, dimensions and hash are recorded so that a later substitution can be traced.

A reviewer confirms that the image matches the named creator. When a file cannot be verified, it is left out rather than replaced with a similar-looking model.

Corrections and credit

A correction request should name the image and the page where it appears. The file is removed or swapped, and the change is entered in the photo log.

Factual corrections follow the same rule: a named source is required, and the earlier wording is replaced rather than quietly rewritten.
